Casa Luciano is a charming apartment located in the heart of Bellaria, just a short stroll from the beach and the town center. The ambiance is thoughtfully designed, and the retro furnishings add to its allure. It is perfect for a holiday with a partner, friends, or family.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a four-burner stove, a refrigerator, a sink, and dishes. The living room is spacious and features a 42-inch LED TV. Additionally, there is a radio with a CD player.
The bathroom includes all necessary amenities: a toilet, bidet, sink, and a shower with a glass enclosure.
There are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus an additional single bed.
Upon request and for an extra fee, air conditioning can be provided, located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, which cools the entire apartment effectively. Beach service is also available at our affiliated beach establishment.
The apartment includes two large terraces that overlook a quiet street. The shopping center (Viale dei Platani) and the beach can be reached in just a few minutes on foot (5 minutes).
